Shipping policy

We post our yarn to you using Australia Post.  The shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and will be dependent upon the weight and dimensions of your parcel. Our shipping rates (including discounts) are passed on directly to you.  We do not offer free shipping and inflate the cost of our yarn.

We aim to post all items to you within 2 business days of receiving your order.  Where possible we will provide you with tracking numbers to follow your order. You will receive email confirmation that your item(s) have been sent.

The Purl Box does not provide cover or take responsibility for any items lost or damaged in transit. Delivery times will depend on your location and the postal option selected, and the capacity of Australia Post when your item is sent.

The Purl Box is not responsible for the payment of any customs or other duty or tariff imposed by another country.  The purchaser will be responsible for all such payments and you may not be able to collect your purchase from the shipping carrier until such payment is made.
